Ocado Vegan Haul

So I like to do a big shop for vegan items once every few weeks. Usually this includes things like; sausages, almond milk, tofu, dairy free spreads, cheeses and any other meat alternatives.

Ocado has really stepped up its vegan game recently so I decided to do an online shop there for the first time. Otherwise I tend to use sites like https://www.thevegankind.com/ or supermarkets like Sainsbury’s. Sainsbury’s tends to always have a good selection of the Linda McCartney range which I am a big fan of.

So here is what I ordered from Occado..

This was the first time I had tried some of these items and I was very pleased with them. I really like Fry's chicken strips. I fried them in a griddle pan and then had them with some sweet chilli sauce... it was yum! The Vitalife spread is my absoloute go to butter replacement and even tastes great on its own on toast. Finally, the black soya bean pasta is crazy high in protein - 46g per 100g! Just a fun fact for you to know for when people start asking them about where they get their protein.... ! I hope this is helpful for anyone venturing into veganism. Enjoy!
