Chilli and Garlic Oil

I am openly in love with both of these oils. I use them pretty much every single day for something, whether on top of a salad, as part of a dressing, drizzled on pizza or for dipping pita bread into.

As you are probably aware, Aldi is my go to supermarket and has been since I was at university and living in Brighton (roughly 3 years ago now..!) In my opinion, Aldi has every other supermarket beat with regards to the selection available, the time it takes for veg to go funny and obviously the price of its food. If you haven't been to Aldi, what are you waiting for? However, this is exciting because it means you haven't felt the joy of doing your first weekly shop and being so pleasantly surprised by the total amount you owe, which I am sure will be marginally less than if you regularly shop at another supermarket.

Of course, there are positive about most of the supermarkets in the UK, Aldi just happens to be my personal fave. I also pop into Waitrose regularly to fill any gaps in my weekly shop when necessary and, as it is so close to home, I tend to buy last minute items there en route home somedays.

I digress! So anyway, I implore you to try these oils. They are so versatile which is the key thing I love about them. I genuinely put them onto of anything and everything.

If I have a pasta bake which has dried out from being in the fridge.... oils. If I have a pizza.. garlic oil (this stuff is MADE to go on pizza. I mean, techinically it isn't but holy moly does it taste great on pizza!)

A go to, delicious salad dressing I like to make combines both of these oils with some honey and wholegrain mustard. It is super easy to make and tastes great!
