Southern Fried 'Chicken'

These southern fried chicken style pieces from V Bites, the popular meat alternative brand, are a top fave of mine. When you are in need of a fried ball of something or so hungover your brain can only function enough to press the oven 'on' switch then these are your new best friends.

The closest and nicest thing to a chicken kicker or nugget I have tried as of yet and they have even gone down really well with the meat loving boys I live with which says A LOT!

Whilst I am not particularly one who searches for or eats lots of 'fake meats' I do appreciate an easy option when needed and this is just that.

V Bites are one of my go to brands for all things phoney, which sounds bad but really is a compliment!

They're fish-free fish fingers are my fave (SO good in a burger bap) and these are a close second. I bought these from www.thevegankind.com.
