Breakfast Bap

INGREDIENTS:

  • Avocado

  • Fresh Coriander

  • Red Onion Chutney

  • Mushrooms

  • Red Pepper

  • Baby Spinach

  • Siracha Mayonaise

METHOD:

Smash avocado with a fork, drizzle with lime juice and top with fresh coriander.

Chop and cook mushrooms and red pepper in a pan with coconut oil, garlic (fresh or powder), salt and pepper. Add spinach in after 5 mins and a touch more garlic.

Slightly toast a bap. Load all of the ingredients into your bap and drizzle with siracha mayo. Enjoy!
