The Tate Modern is the first to host this brand new, vibrant food concept. Delivering innovative and delicious fast food from nutritionist Rosemary Ferguson and Chef Gizzi Erskine, Pure Filth offers 'healthy food for hedonists'.

With an intriguing and exciting take on the fast food industry, Pure Filth offers not only healthy and yummy burgers, fries and apple pies but also presents some of the most picture perfect, rainbow coloured food.

Using nutritional science the menu offers diners food specifically chosen to help target areas of wellbeing such as energy levels or skincare.

What's on this healthy junk food menu?

Sample Lunch/Dinner Menu

Pure-filth Happy Meal:

Beetroot bun with a choice of black bean patty with either beetroot ketchup / Sticky bbq sauce / Korean spicy tofu mayo

Sides: Baked sweet potato fries / Greens with lemon, parmesan (VioLife available) and almonds / Chicory and raddichio with radish, spring onion and mint

Something Sweet: Seasonal Apple Pie

Milkshakes: Chocolate, strawberry or banana, all made with vegan, dairy free Booja Booja ice cream

Juices: Turmeric Dream, Bloat Away and Rainbow Juice
